Bryon Wilson and John Mirland - respectively known for diverse projects like Divider, Mirland, Am Tierpark and many more joined forces in 2020 as the EBM duo “Emergency Sequence” (also known as ESEQ) debuting with the single 1938 - an upbeat and very danceable cover of (…). 1938 was well received and the duo slowly began working on the debut album while mailing ideas and sound bits back and forth across oceans and time zones. Wilson in California and Mirland in Denmark.
Fast forward to 2022 and the duo participated as themselves on the Fulfillment Center Volume 1 compilation (released by Laebel in 2023) and ready to finish the debut album entitled Sins of the Future. An album with hard beats, pulsing bass lines and cold vocals presenting lyrics about a estranged world and it’s people disintegrating into digital oblivion.
Stay tuned for their forthcoming album, "Sins of the Future" for a travel back in time to electronic body music as a commentary and dance floor catalyst.

Finally saw Kanga last night in Austin. Amazing and even more energetic than I had expected. The sound was terrific! This is my favorite album thus far but, she keeps getting better. The tracks on this album are arranged (to me) in a way where life is given to the next. It's hard to pick a favorite. Home and Touch! 🖤 Will
